Privacy notice — review draft

This is an operational draft, not approved legal text. The owner must approve the responsible entity, contact, retention periods and processors before publication.

How request details are handled

When you submit the project form, the details you enter are sent to the existing Nexus AI project-request service (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) so the team can review your request and reply. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs in your browser to detect automated abuse.

Site visit measurement

Public pages and Creative Studio record a page view: path, device, browser, referrer and time, plus network address, country and city when the browser can supply them. A signed-in visit is tied to the account email. Only the site admin can read these records. They are used to understand usage and limit abuse.

To be approved by the owner

Confirm the responsible entity and contact, processing purposes, retention, user rights, processors and any cross-border data handling before final publication.

Requested information

Name, company, email; optional phone, country and website; an indicative budget range, service, target start and project description. This form does not ask for passwords, payment data or confidential files.

Analytics & tracking

There are no advertising trackers. Visit measurement is described above and stored in the Nexus database. Country and city may be resolved through a public network lookup. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse.

Linked services

The Creative Studio link opens the existing ordering system, which has its own sign-in and notices. Align all notices before final publication.
